Each year, our media services team produces a wide variety of video and multimedia learning objects for both on-campus and online courses. A new web page provides samples of the different styles and techniques available in media production.

University seeking nominations for community service award
Nominations are currently being accepted for a special award honouring extraordinary work in the community. The 2013 President’s Award for Exceptional Community Service recognizes a faculty or staff member who helps by sharing scientific and scholarly expertise, by working with and supporting grassroots organizations or by volunteering their time to worthy causes, among other things.
Distinguished Researcher Award for medical education professor
Dr. Vernon Curran, professor of medical education and director of academic research and development in the Faculty of Medicine, has been awarded the 2013 Distinguished Researchers Award from the Canadian Association for University Continuing Education (CAUCE).
