Book Equipment
Who should use this form?
Memorial University faculty members, teaching fellows, or appropriate department administrators who wish to book equipment for the purpose of teaching classes only. If equipment is needed for student presentations, we ask that requests be made by one of the above. We do not accept requests directly from students. We provide multimedia and audiovisual support for teaching in the classrooms of the south campus (including the Arts, Chemistry, Education, Science, and Music buildings). We do not support off-campus activities.

Please Note: This is merely a request. Do not assume this equipment or resource has been formally booked until you receive a confirming email from our DELTS staff.
Please ensure that your contact information is accurate, or we cannot guarantee we've received your request.
Most official registrar classrooms and seminar rooms have overhead projectors and screens designated to each room. If the projector is not working, please contact us or email csupport@mun.ca immediately so we can rectify the situation. We ask that faculty NOT move overhead projectors or other equipment between classrooms.
All equipment is subject to availability and is reserved on a first-come/first-serve basis. Generally, we require at least 24-hours advance notice for servicing requests.
