Technical Support is provided by DELTS for Memorial University students, faculty and staff. Our technical support team is available to provide assistance with:

  • Technical problems related to Internet connectivity and access to Desire2Learn
  • Issues related to hardware/software configuration

Technical Support Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday: 2 – 10 p.m.

Summer Hours (June 3 - Labour Day):

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
