The purpose of this course is to introduce students to contemporary research and practice in career development. Career development will be examined as a dynamic lifelong process. Students will explore the importance of work adjustment, personal agency, cultural contexts and the implications for the design, implementation and evaluation of career interventions.
Prerequisite(s): ED-3211 or equivalent.
