Foundations of Post-Secondary Programmes
Format: World Wide Web
This course will provide an overview and analysis of the nature, characteristics and development of post-secondary education (both public and private) with an emphasis on the non-university system. The philosophical, sociological and economic perspectives of such education will be considered together with implications for programming and human resource development in general. National and international comparisons will be included. Prerequisite(s): Students must be enrolled in a Master�s program (at MUN or elsewhere) or have a Master�s completed.
